We service any and all types of bicycles. Mountain, road, triathlon, BMX, freestyle, cruiser, hybrid, kids, adult trike, recumbent, and more. If it has wheels and a chain, we service it. Or even without a chain! We’ll even service unicycles.

Do you service recumbents and trikes?

Yes, we do service and repair all styles of recumbent and trikes.

Do you service bicycles for the handicap?

Yes, we will service and repair bicycles that are customized or designed for those with disabilities.

Do you service electric bicycles?

Yes, we do service and repair the standard mechanical operations of an electric bicycle, however we do not service any part of the electrical system.

Do you service trailers and strollers?

Yes we do service trailers and strollers. Depending on the repair needed, you may need to order parts directly from the manufacturer.

Will you repair wheelchairs, or walkers with hand brakes?

Yes, we will service basic mechanical wheelchairs and rollators, as long as they use a standardized system. You may need to order parts directly from the manufacturer.

If I purchase a bicycle online or somewhere else, can you assemble it?

Of course! We do this all the time. We can also install any accessories or parts you purchase online or elsewhere.

Can you obtain parts?

Yes. we are able to obtain repair parts and accessories. Customers are also welcome to purchase parts and accessories online and we can install them for you.

Do you sell bicycles?

No. Our business is entirely dedicated to service. However, we can help you choose the right bike for purchase online or elsewhere.

Can you help me choose the right bike even if I don’t buy it from you?

Yes. We have expertise in advising on the purchase of all types of bicycles.

How long does service normally take?

Normal turnaround time is One to three days, subject to delays in parts availability.

Will my bicycle be secure until I pick it up?

Yes. All bicycles are stored in a secure and locked work area until pickup.

Almost 40 years working on all types of bicycles.

Why did you choose to operate as a home-based business?

Operating a retail storefront is extremely expensive, and the extra cost is not needed with a service-only model. This eliminates the sales pressure normally involved in visiting a traditional bike shop, keeps our overhead low, and keeps our services affordable.

What time are you open?

Our hours of operation are posted [here] . Appointments are preferred but not required. It is best to call or text prior to stopping by, if possible.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

We do offer pick-up and delivery at an additional cost. Due to current gas prices and travel times, the charges very depending on location.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.

Do you give a military discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount off your total bill.
